- Plan for Higher Shipping Costs on Promo Mugs. Because of their dimensions, your shipment could be divided into several large boxes. And if you’re ordering those made of plastic material, the lighter weight plus the larger box dimensions could mean additional freight charges. For ceramic or glass drinkware, there could be additional repacking fees which cover the cost of packing your order in protective materials to help prevent breaking in transit. Get a freight quote from your distributor so you can build the cost into your budget.
- Plan for Storage. Since you may have several large boxes of the mugs coming your way, plan in advance where you will store them prior to use.
