Heidi Thorne to Present Intro to Google Plus at iConnect Event on August 24

Just when you thought you had the social networking landscape figured out, along comes a new contender: Google Plus. As part of the vast Google-verse, Google Plus is reported to have high potential for becoming “the” social network for the future.

Then plan to attend the Wednesday, August 24, 2011, 8:30 a.m., iConnect networking event at the office of Sikich Certified Public Accountants, 998 Corporate Blvd., Aurora. iConnect member and social media pro Heidi Thorne, Thorne Communications, will lead off the event by giving a brief introduction to Google Plus. The presentation will be followed by offline networking with iConnect members and visitors.

iConnect is a networking group in Chicago’s western suburbs, led by Scott Kolbe who is the Creative Director/New Business Development for Sikich Graphic Design & Marketing Services, to provide a comfortable environment to connect with your circle of contacts and build strong personal business relationships.
