
Heidi Thorne speaks to the Greater Chicagoland Chapter of NARI on Internet and social media marketing.
Promotional products marketing expert, Heidi Thorne of Thorne Communications, presented a seminar on Internet and social media marketing for contractor members of the Greater Chicagoland Chapter of NARI (National Association of the Remodeling Industry) in December. The seminar also included presentations and panel discussions with Stephen Heasley, ReachLocal, on local Internet search and Steve Robinson, Constant Contact, on email marketing.
“I was very pleased to see the high level of interest in social media and Internet marketing by the contractors,” says Heidi. “We had some very lively discussions about the challenges they are now facing in the new marketing landscape.” Heidi’s presentation compared previous marketing strategies with those that are now available with websites, Facebook, YouTube, mobile, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
